By creating an account or using EZ Leads ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

EZ Leads is an AI-powered marketing platform that provides funnel building, email marketing automation, contact management, analytics, and AI content generation tools for educators, coaches, and course creators.

You may register using your email or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

AI generation features consume tokens. Each plan includes a monthly token allotment, and additional tokens may be purchased. Unused monthly tokens do not roll over. Extra tokens purchased separately do not expire. We reserve the right to adjust token costs for individual operations.

You agree not to: (a) use the service for illegal activities; (b) send unsolicited spam emails; (c) upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property rights; (d) attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security; or (e) resell or sublicense access without authorization.

You retain ownership of content you create. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content through AI models and store it on our servers to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any contact data you upload.

Subscriptions and token packs are processed via Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us for assistance.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate — you are responsible for reviewing output before publishing.

EZ Leads is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
